Ready for your event

For catering order the minimum order size is 10 people. 

Food trailer pricing is designed for group sizes ~70 and above. 

For Catering and Food truck events they are first come first serve. We would recommend ASAP, minimizes the chance of your date to be taken. But for last minute events we are about to take  catering orders 2/3 days ahead of event. For food truck we ask for 10 days notice. 

The most popular options for catering are Tacos and Fajitas, but have/are able to do different options like Burritos, quesadillas and enchilada. We are more than welcome to work with you!

Food trailer we normally do Tacos, Quesadillas and Burritos. 

Catering comes in large aluminum hotel pans. The pans are optimized for serve yourself/taco bar experiences. All orders include chips and salsa.

We do not offer individual serving catering order. 

We do not provide pan holders or warms. We recommend punching them from Sam's Club if needed 

11am-12pm &  2pm-5pm 

We normally do not. But you ask during the ordering process, we will try to accommodate it. There is a Delivery fee if accepted
